"Friendly Staff and Outstanding Service Experience"

The concierge service was very friendly. I received help every time with lost items and directions. I especially appreciated the assistance from Ken R and several other staff members. What made me want to visit again was the kindness of the hotel staff.

It was my first time here. The location is great and the transportation is very convenient. Andy from the hotel concierge was very warm, patient and considerate. He even reminded me to take an umbrella when it was raining outside. It was a very pleasant experience.

Easy check-in with the help of Frankie. He understood our special need for a non-smoking room At concierge's desk, we got great suggestion to book our forward journey to Hong Kong.
