The Parisian Macao

I am very impressed with the kind gesture and friendly service of the information counter staff, they were really helpful and cheerful! Ms. Nana prepare and help me to plan my 1st day in Macau to explore the city. The next day, Lincoln and Aaron guide me properly where to explore best in the old Taipa local area. I will definitely stay again at the Parisian! Enjoy summer in Macau too! The pool view is amazing!

Check in experience is very nice. front office staff Simon and Christine Huang is very helpful. We are coming here for gaming and very regular guests.

We stayed in the family room which was a nice room with a great shower. View was terrible. Hotel corridors and elevators smell of cigarette smoke. The pool is fantastic for kids. The “pool bar” isn’t really a pool bar. It’s just a bar that is a 2 minute walk to the pool. Hard to get a coffee before 12 if don’t want breakfast and no coffee machine in the room.

The hotel is very beautiful. The food is safe and delicious. The concierge staff, Nana, Jinding and Suie, provide excellent service. I will come again next time. The buffet food in the hotel is very delicious and there are many varieties. There is also lobster. I recommend it to guests next time. Come again

Location is good, and The service from the counter clerk Tommy was very good. It's a pity that the NBA China game happened to be during our stay, so the swimming pool and water world were closed.

Highly recommend hotel to stay in Macau.

When you arrive in the hotel shuttle bus, you are greeted with an overwhelming hotel lobby with it's pretty center fountain and breathtaking inside roof. The check in around 1pm was pretty straight forward considering it is the national holiday and everyone in HK and China are travelling. The bedroom was generous in size and everything was up to the standard for this 5 star hotel although I found the carpet might need changing. There are plenty of shops to help pass time and the casino is humongous. If I had to make a comment on improvements then I would like to see one or two western cuisine restaurants. I have been in China for the last 10 days and it would have been more enjoyable for me to change my dining options. The free shuttle bus is very useful and convenient. The hotel staff were very helpful and took are bags up separately to our rooms and when we checked out, the staff helped us onto the bus to the ferry terminal. I would come again and if you do come, register for a Sands members card and you get 10% off.

Husband and I visited for a look around (didn’t stay in the hotel) which was very interesting - the big Eiffel Tower outside and light show on it was enjoyed.

We stayed 2 nights at The Parisian! Really enjoyed the family room! First time staying here. The kids really loved the pool and water area. Took the kids to QUBE KINGDOM before we headed off to the airport. Very well kept and great for kids. The only thing negative about the trip was the lingering “smoke” or something smell in the hotel room hallway. We were on the 17th floor. But there are signs everywhere saying no smoking, so I’m honestly not sure what the smell is.

We checked into the Parisian Hotel and had a fantastic experience with the receptionist, Derek. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and proactive, making our check-in process seamless. Prior to our arrival, we had requested to borrow two strollers, and Derek went the extra mile by personally escorting us to another counter where we could pick them up, which was greatly appreciated. His genuine eagerness to assist truly left us with a positive impression. The rooms were cozy, and the pool was clean. We will definitely book again in the future.
