Hof Ehrenfels

The location was great, just off the medieval main street, the room was already and airy. Despite the noise outside with the windows shut you could not hear it. The room was exceptionally clean, the bed was comfortable and bedding good quality. Clean bathroom with a good quality shower.

There was no one at reception when we arrived and we were not able to find a member of staff to help when we needed something (an iron). The bar staff in the bar which joins the hotel were friendly but unhelpful as they were so busy. I was asked to wait and was still waiting after 20 minuyes when I gave up. It felt a bit like it was a bar, restaurant first and then hotel. A kettle and teas/coffees in the room would be good.

Tolle Lage, freundliches Personal, das Frühstück war auch sehr gut, obwohl nur „Snackfrühstück“ angekündigt war und ich keine große Erwartungen hatte.

Room was comfortable and fairly spacious. Excellent restaurant, good breakfast. The hotel is off a side street. Most of the rooms seem to be over the street, but it was quiet during my stay, other than a few walking tours passed by in the evening.

No lounge, if you’re arriving early.

Bel emplacement. Petit déjeuner très correct pour le prix. La situation géographique est imbattable. Le restaurant associé à l'hôtel est excellent (souvent complet mieux vaut réserver).

Pas de climatisation dans la chambre. Heureusement l'hôtel avait mis à disposition un ventilateur qui permettait d'avoir une atmosphère respirable.

Sehr schönes Hotel im Herzen der Altstadt. Sauber, freundliches Personal und leckeres Snack-Frühstück.

There was no air conditioning, so sleep was difficult.

Lage bestens für die Altstadt - super zentral. Frühstück gut und Kaffee sehr gut. Frühstücksraum schön ruhig und gemütlich.
