Nice staff, nice place

Breakfast, dinner was amazing and all service staff except the gentleman who did our check in was amazing - On plus side all other stuff were amazing if not most brilliant.

On check in we did feel that we were different then others as he was prioritising everyone but us even if were right infront of him. Sure it was good Friday at 6pm still :(. I wish he could smile and take it easy

Comfy bed, lovely food, great staff, spacious room.

Warm and cosy rooms with all you need to be comfortable. The staff are always welcoming and the simple bar snack menu we had was delicious. This is a peaceful place to relax after your journey, we will be back soon.

Personally I dislike the loud music and lack of open fires, but that’s not a reason to no stop here.

The room smelled of smoke so refused to stay and no other rooms were available. Had to drive across Rugby at 8pm at night to find somewhere else. Manager wasn’t that helpful. Assistant manager was understanding this shouldn’t have happened.

Warm and welcoming, very comfortable room and you can see some of the long overdue repairs are underway. The staff are always great and I look forward to going back very soon.

The open fires need to be lit. They provide superb ambience. But that shouldn’t stop you visiting. This mid week is a great value local hotel.

I experienced significant noise of movement from the room above me at nine pm on my first night I went to reception and a lovely lady Manager immediately arranged an alternative lovely quiet bedroom She also helped me transfer my belongings to the new room. I couldn’t have received better service
