Many things. First of all it is not a hotel kind of facility. It is like a home stay. Very poor service orientation. TV was not working as recharge was not done. Housekeeping is poor. Hot water arrangement was not ok. No restaurant so food was to be ordered from outside which was of not good quality. Extra bed charges was charged though it was indicated by you that this facility will be provided free of cost.

We only stayed for one night but really liked our stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. No restaurant or room service as it was supposed to but there was a restraint close by.

The rooms are very stylish and spacious with a lovely en-suite bathroom and balcony overlooking the garden. In a very central location easy to find

Only a small issue of having no toilet paper in the bathroom or spoons for making tea/coffee

The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were friendly.

i stayed there just for the night to break my journey from Chandigarh to Manali. For that purpose, it was fine.
