Muy buena atención y un lugar supercuidado

It was situated in the city center.

The room was really expensive for the paid price. It was, at best, a 2star hotel. The floor were not cleaned, we found hair on the towels, besides the hair dryer there were no amenities. and the cleaning lady entered 2 times our room using her keys and only waiting 3 seconds after knocking which is not polite.

Personale accogliente e sempre presente, camera grande e pulita, arredata in modo semplice e funzionale. Comodità di parcheggio. A 10 min dal mare e a pochi passi dal centro di Massa.

Ho dato la valutazione massima perché mi sono trovato benissimo ma suggerirei di cambiare tubo ed erogatore della doccia con uno nuovo.

We could park our bicycles in a groundfloor pantry. The door was locked and key kept at reception.

Horrible !! Worst room/hotel we've ever stayed in. Total rip-off at €190 for 2 persons without breakfast (they sent email that breakfast would be an extra €5,00 per person). Dirty, old and completely rundown room and hotel. Walls are full of mould and stains, double door without fire safety escape, doors damaged and full of stains. Mismatch of furniture from 1962 and all heavily damaged. No window in the main bedroom. Mattress is very old and you feel the spiralls. No electricity outlets/sockets in main bedroom or next to bed, so you have to charge your phones on 1 outlet in the bathroom. AC works but makes a lot of noise. No waterbottle or glasses. The staff are not friendly and hardly speak to guests, the lobby, reception desk and entrance look dirty and run down. This is a horrible hotel and we do not understand how they can get any positive ratings. We could not wait to check out and feel completely fooled and cheated at that price.
