Everything. Cosy, comfortable, super friendly and helpful staff. Nice location. Good wifi. High class service. One of the best booking.com experiences I’ve ever had. Hosts could arrange everything you need - motorbike rental, laundry, trips, etc. We stayed here for almost 3 weeks and were working online remotely - we were able to that in our room balcony - view is just amazing. We’ve also tried most of the meals in the restaurant - delicious. Prices very reasonable. I really recommend this place and if we will visit Sapa in the future - definitely pick this place again. Thank you Rex and Rose for this amazing experience ❤️

Sound insulation is one of few disadvantages - but that’s understandable - local houses are wooden. Hosts supplied earplugs which solved the issue. Another important thing to mention - there was some kind of construction going on nearby so we could hear wood cutting machine from early morning (earplugs solved the issue). Few days neighbours were burning some garbage and with bad wind direction smell was really bad, so we couldn’t stay in the balcony.

テラスから眺める景色が素晴らしいのと朝食付きでメニューが豊富で美味しい。オーナー夫婦は気さくで優しい。私は頼んでないけどトレッキングも英語が堪能な少数民族の方がガイドしてくれるようでその手配も信頼できそう。そして番犬のウィスキーがとっても可愛いく癒されました。

スタンダードルームは壁が薄く全ての声や物音ファスナーの開閉の音までが聞こえて耳栓が置いてあったけれどあまり意味がなかった。バンガローは離れにあり隣の声や音が聞こえず良かったけれど、思った以上にバイクや人が通りテラスで寛いでいても物売りも来るのでプライベート感があまりない。

Everything was perfect. This is the only place in our travel history where the stay , the food and the trekking they offered was outstanding and mesmerizing. We took the trekking they offered and it is one of the best treks we have taken and the most scenic one. The room and the view from the room was like an AI edited nature photo. We fell in love with the place and the hosts were amazing. They even packed us breakfast at 6 am even though the breakfast time starts at 8 am.

타반 마을에 위치해서 숙소 전경 최고! 주인의 친절도에 감동! 여행 전 하노이에 태풍이 와 하노이에서 사파로 들어가는 기차가 운행되지 않았단 소식을 접해.. 현지 상황을 파악하고자 연락했는데 빠르게 답장 해주고, 기차 운행 여부 상황이 업데이트 되었을 때 바로 연락주셔서 감사했어요. 숙소에서 식당도 같이 해서 2박 묵는 동안 저녁 식사는 다 숙소에서 했는데 기본적으로 음식 솜씨가 좋으신지 음식이 다 맛있었습니다. 조식 메뉴도 다 맛있으니 꼭 식사도 해보세요! 침대 컨디션이나 객실 청결에 아쉬움은 있지만 주인의 친절, 숙소에서 바라보는 전경, 맛있는 음식, 그리고 엄청난 가성비를 생각하면 재숙박을 또 고민하게 만들어요.

방갈로에 묵었는데 2층에 있는 침대 스프링이 조금 꺼져있더라고요... 그래서 잘 때 조금 불편했습니다😅 또한 타반 마을 다른 곳도 그런지는 모르겠지만.. 숙소가 나무 소재라 그런지 객실에 개미가 꽤 있더라고요ㅠㅠ 문제는 개미가 침대 위로도 다 올라와서... 청결에 예민한 가족이 조금 힘들어하였습니다.
