The lady at reception who checked us in and out was very friendly and the hotel was moderately clean.

The bed was extremely hard, probably the hardest bed we’ve ever slept on. There was no cushioning on the mattress whatsoever & it was really uncomfortable. There was also a draft coming in from the bathroom as the window / air vent had been left open and we couldn’t close it. The hotel is also situated pretty far up an extremely steep hill, which with luggage is really difficult as cars cannot drive up it as it is very narrow so you have to get out at the bottom and walk.

The room and is so cute and clean!

It's kinda a hard to communicate with them and goin up to the hotel was so tiring. The rest was good.
