Mirabell Alpine Garden Resort & Spa

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The suite was spacious and the property very peaceful. The view was stunning!

The property has a sensational view. The room was large and comfortable, although the shower is very narrow. The staff was mixed. Some very friendly and helpful, others rather rude in enforcing strict hotel rules (like what dining table you are assigned). Would stay again for the view alone. Very nice indoor pool as it was too cold to be at the nice looking outdoor pool.

The view from the balcony was absolutely incredible and a highlight of the trip. The gardens were also most beautiful. Staff were very helpful and friendly as well. A coffee pot in the room and a fan ( since there is no a/c) would have been most welcomed

Exceptional location with exceptional staff. Thank you - beeing tired medical doctors with dog we had really wonderful place to relax and recharge our batteries. The surrounding area was also wonderfull. We hope to visit you again next year.

Our experience at Mirabell exceeded our expectations. The entire staff was wonderful, Marian was so welcoming and helpful when we arrived and throughout our stay. The grounds and property were beautiful we enjoyed the pool, restaurant, amenities and farm - complete with chickens. And the garden was lovely. Mirabell is conveniently located just up the hill from village center and close to the lifts and cable cars of Siusi and Seceda. We hope to visit again someday!

Most beautiful view from a hotel I’ve ever seen , simply breathtaking

We stayed at Mirabell for a little more than a week, and our entire stay was absolutely fantastic. We traveled with our dog, so there were only a few rooms available. We chose a spacious apartment with one bedroom and a small living room. The furniture and decorations suited the mountain alpine hotel perfectly. The terrace was spacious and allowed our dog to look around. Room service was perfect; everything was cleaned before we returned in the early afternoon. The inside and outside pool areas are big enough. We prefer to start trails early, return early, and enjoy the almost empty pool in the afternoon. The dining experience was absolutely fantastic. Dinners are quite expensive, but they are a culinary wonder. The wine list offered excellent choices. The staff was fantastic, from the receptionists to the waitresses and room service.

Since we are from the city and not in touch with nature anymore, sometimes there was a slightly unpleasant odor from livestock on nearby farms, along with related insects. I would recommend the hotel create more dog-friendly areas, as there are not many spaces to go even though you are in the middle of nature.
