Hotellet lå smukt og stille ved skovkanten og perfekt til vandre- og mountainbike-ture. Personalet var venlige og hjælpsomme. Morgenmaden smagte godt men man fik kun én portion af 6 valgmuligheder og én lille kop kaffe eller ét glas juice.

Værelset var slidt, beskidt, meget mørkt og ikke 15m2 som beskrevet. Hele spa og wellness-afdelingen var ubrugelig. Boblebadet var uden vand, poolen var kold, og det virkede som om, det hele ikke havde været brugt længe, for der lugtede af skimmel, og pudset boblede og faldt af væggene. Offentlig transport fungerede fint men tog lang tid ind til bymidten.
