De locatie was lekker centraal in het centrum.

De bedden waren echt verschrikkelijk. De twee bedden stonden tegen elkaar maar hadden verschillende hoogtes. Het ene matras was zo slecht dat je er scheef op kwam te liggen als je er op ging liggen en je voelde alle spiralen erdoorheen Verder was er al vroeg in de ochtend heel veel herrie op straat door de bevoorrading van de cafés. Dus het voordeel van de locatie veranderde snel in een nadeel. Verder geen enkele medewerker gezien. Ook niet in de ochtend, dus maar lekker ontbeten bij een leuk tentje om de hoek

Great location. Very responsive and great customer service (although there is not actually anyone at the hotel or a physical reception - when you phone the team, they are very helpful and available)

While there was a warning that stairs were steep and narrow, there was no mention that it was completely self-check-in and I would need to carry my bag up two flights of very steep stairs on my own (I am nearly 60 and this was really steep and narrow!). As checkin and entry is all electronic, there was an issue receiving my initial codes, which meant I was left sitting outside for sometime. Then there was a problem with the electronic system, which again left me outside - this was resolved and team were great, but still not fun. Also note that the walls are very thin - bring very good earplugs, and hot water seems to run out in the evening - although beautiful and hot in the morning.

De bedden zijn slecht: grote, diepe kuilen. Spinnenraggen aan het plafond. Contact via email was kortaf.

Makkelijke check en check out. Ligging is top! Propere kamer.

Ligging in het centrum. Schoon en ruim appartement

Erg steile trap naar tweede verdieping. Douche en wasbak waren verstopt: Water werd slecht afgevoerd. Uitzicht op blinde muur.

Ideale ligging, midden in het centrum, handige check-in en kamersleutel via telefoon

Het doucheputje zat zo verstopt met haren, waardoor het water heel slecht wegliep en zelfs overstroomde. Hierdoor was de badkamer grotendeels nat.
