Hotel Ciampian

Pleasant staff, perfect access to ski room and connection with main hotel lift, gorgeous 😍/wonderful breakfasts a dinners too.

Excellent staff throughout the hotel, excellent service at dinner, family atmosphere, ideal accommodation for families and couples.

Nothing I never had such a disappointed experience in a hotel in my life.

Bad breakfast ( Tee was cold with dirty stuff coming out of the pot) No warm items ( no eggs) you can't choose your bread yourself. Very small and dark room without balcony. Not what I have booked. I was very disappointed. Because my view was at the hotel next door with laundry. Staff was unfriendly when I told them this is not the room I have booked. Also the bed was hard. Very limited parking places. I would never recommend to stay here. I had a really bad experience.

The room was super clean, beds were comfy, wonderful breakfast (but lacking the veggies, so I'd say Italian style :)). We didn't eat dinner in the hotel, but we're sure it is good. The staff is super friendly and speaks English. The ground floor and basement facilities look great. You can get a beer or a cocktail in the evening. We wish we had more energy left to play table tennis. ;)

The view from the room could've been nicer. We weren't sure until arrival if the room will have a balcony (it didn't). The description on Booking is a bit confusing. Also the electric kettle was missing, but to be fair we didn't ask for it. It would be wonderful if there was a small fridge. Anyway, it was worth the money. :)
