過去数回利用しているが、初めて利用した時よりサービスが低下している。 今回2泊だったが、室内清掃がなくドアノブに変えのタオルが袋に入ってかかっていた。 室内にある利用案内には室内清掃は連泊で2日目以降実施の文言もなく、サービスの低下を実感した。

お風呂あがりのアイスクリームは美味しかった。 接客については他のホテルよりもやや良かったです。

他のホテルの同じ㎡数のツイン客室に比べて間取りが悪く非常に狭かった。2人での宿泊は大変でした。 コーナーにあるポット等の備品が置いてある高い棚の角に身長165センチの主人が3回も額をぶつけてしまいました。狭い場所の上に角が丸く作られていない。背が高い方には大丈夫かも知れませんが、低い方にはとても危険です。この設計をされた方に疑問を感じました。 今まで宿泊した中では一番過ごしにくかったホテルでした。
