Room heater should be there in winters

Hotel rooms are very nice.

They didn't give dinner to us. We ordered food. But they forgot our order and didn't give . 31st night was to worst. They are very bad in service.

After arrival, we got the room and toilet cleaned. The lady at the reception said that what more do you want? You have bathroom, sink. But it was dirty to which she didn't bother to respond. There was no running water. I had to use washroom located in other rooms for my basic daily needs. The husband wife couple managing the resort were extremely rude and were not willing to listen to any of our grievances rather in front of us they started abusing the employees working at the property. When we asked their names separately, both told us that their name is Ranjeesh. Now how can two people share one name? They are lied all through the stay. NO ONE SHOULD STAY AT THIS PROPERTY. THE OWNER SHOULD REPLACE THE MANAGERS.
