El trato agradable y diligente del personal. Destacando a Joaquín que nos facilitó todo tipo de indicaciones para recorrer Cieza y nos proporcionó todo lo que solicitamos.

Para el precio de la habitación había algún detalle incómodo como la falta de enchufe cercano a la cama, un dispensador de jabón de manos o un secador de pelo actualizado y con algo de potencia. También era desagradable el olor notable a tubería del baño al entrar en la habitación. Pero lo que más destaco es algo que no me ha ocurrido en ningún hotel del mundo y soy bastante viajera y es que cierren el hotel de 19:30 a 00:00 el 24 de diciembre. Entiendo que los trabajadores quieran pasar esos momentos con su familia, pero hay otras formas de permitir la entrada y salida del hotel. Y por supuesto también hay una forma muy sencilla y es pagando al personal adecuadamente para que pueda realizar esta labor, nadie debe sacrificar su noche sin ser recompensado económicamente. Me parece un gesto avaro por parte de la propiedad del hotel.

"Great location, bike friendly, helpful and friendly staff."

Secure bike storage in a garage was a huge bonus as we were traveling by bicycle. Location of hotel was excellent and just a few minute walk to great restaurants and cafe/bakeries. Reception host gave us a wonderful restaurant recommendation and made us a reservation there. It ended up being a trip favorite meal of the week.

If room is located above lobby, sound carries and is loud in room. Street noise is also loud for rooms facing street.

Extraordinario establecimiento. El nombre, "hospedería" no hace justicia a la categoría de este negocio. La habitación es amplia y práctica y la cama es extraordinariamente cómoda. El personal amable en todo momento. No he desayunado en el hotel por lo que no lo puntúo. Céntrico y al lado del museo arqueológico creo que no se puede pedir más

No tengo ninguna objeción. Todo perfecto. Extraordinario.

El edificio precioso, la habitación más bonita aún. El servicio súper agradable

Por poner alguna pega el parking está algo alejado. Que no haya desayuno en el propio hotel.
