"Hotel de paso que no respeta lo que ofrece en la plataforma de Booking."

Facilidades de parqueo. Atención rápida en el desayuno, tomando en cuenta que el Hotel tenía alta ocupación. El desayuno puede ser mejor, con mas opciones

En el boucher de Booking durante y luego de la reserva dice: "Este establecimiento acepta las siguientes formas de pago: Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Efectivo". esto no es cierto. Para pago con tarjeta quieren agregar un 10%, lo cual es prohibido. La respuesta que dan es "Políticas del Hotel". Esto debe ser revisado, Entendí que esa era la razón por la que el pago solo lo aceptan al registrarse y no durante la reserva. Reclamé que eso deben avisar al momento de la reserva, para evitar sorpresas al cliente.

El personal muy atento y la habitación muy limpia.

Las instalaciones son antiguas y la habitación no tiene un buen aislamiento del sonido. Pasamos malas noches por el ruido de los pasillos y los autos.
