"Clean, Good water supply, Comfortable and easy access to centre."

The Rooms is definitely a place to stay if you are in Tawau. I am very particular about cleansiness and the water supply. Both was perfect! thank you so very much for the friendly staffs as well.

It’s a very clean hotel, good location near of cafeteria, bars and restaurants. Customers service in excellent and they help with everything. Also, they had an agreement with a cafe next to them (very good) and we had a discount.

"Really cozy."

The room was big and modern. The wifi was great. The staff were very helpful, they even booked a massage appointment for me and pointed me to good restaurants. You have everything you could need around the hotel, like pharmacies, restaurants and bars. Would go back.
