When I visited the hotel they simply refused to provide room When we said that we have booked this property from booking.com and you should value for booking then they confirmed booking but again denied to provide room when we asked why you don’t want to give room ?? They said we are the owners if you can pay more your most welcome or else thank you and you can go out After that we called oyo they tried to fix but failed We struggled full night so Ms/Mes booking.com better to verify property or vendor before offering or close your system Thanks

The room was spacious.

The bedsheets were dirty and the pillows were smelly. The part of the bed was also wet. And AC was making a lot of noise which was connected to the balcony. Could not sleep well at night. The bathroom faucets were rusted too. The most disappointing part was, I booked online with a discount coupon but when arrived at the property the manager said coupon discounts were not applicable and they had no marketing connection with Oyo. I had to pay a different price at the property.
