good dinner & breakfast

the heat in the bathroom didn”t work , we arrived after a long trip and couldn’t take a shower beacause it was so cold in the bathroom - we checked in december. we had spider web on the walls , the carpet was really dirty (for shure not 4 stars hotel) although the reservation was on my name and i had my original ID for checking in ,the receptionist aslo asked for my boyfriend original one and didn t accept the picture that he had on the phone , he had to go back all the way to the parking lot

Sajnos csak 1 éjszakát volt alkalmam ott tölteni. Minden rendben volt, nagyon jól éreztem magam. A vacsora és a reggeli ízletes és bőséges volt. Köszönöm a lehetőséget.

The Wellness zone was over our expectations. We booked a massage as well and the complimentary drink was welcomed. The room was clean, cozy and bed really comfortable. The hotel is really big and airy and quite modern equipped. The food was also good

The kids running and screaming in the Wellness zone. You could not swim properly in the pool that they would jump in your head. The kids jumping and screaming in the jacuzzi seems unfit to me as well. Also in the sauna area, which they obviously do not use, parents should supervise all times and tell the kids that's inappropriate. Also, the system grom the shower is a bit tricky, if you try to turn off the hand shower and turn too much, you will turn on the top shower and end up watering your hair. Not comfortable if you do not want to wash your hair as well :)

Tisztaság volt, tágas kényelmes szoba, kedves személyzet.

Sajnos két szobát kellett kivennunk két kicsi gyerekkel pedig bőven elfertunk egyben.
