The description describes it perfectly. The host has been aware about details that makes a stay so much nicer. I was very pleased to see/smell that the host uses perfume free cleaning products which made it so much easier for me to sleep not being surrounded by awful odours. Thank you! The area has excellent opportunities to excersise.

On the booking site it says that check-in is a certain time. That seems to generate automatic messages even though the host accepted my late arrival and provided the key in a key lock. Those automatic messages creates confusion and there were several of them.

very friendly owner, didn`t even have to sign in properly, she greeted us warmly, gave us the keys, that was it. Interior is "caribbean", blue, yellow, white, very nice. Free muffins and some candy (I think) even :-) Highly recommendable. Had breakfast elsewhere, stayed one night only.

The Meeresrauschen is an excellent small hotel with sea views, a lovely owner who is exceptionally accommodating for all issues. Our room was very comfortable and equipped with 2 armchairs, a small table to work on, a TV and ample storage space for 2 full suitcases. The separate bathroom is excellent with attention to detail such as loads of pegs for hanging towels etc, also separate towel colour for both guests so no mix ups on that front. The hotel as a whole is exceptionally clean, breakfast is excellent with more than enough to choose from the buffet. As such it's a 5-star recommendation from us.

Great location, great room. Parking space and safe bicycle room. Great reception by the owner. Splendid breakfast. Easy acces to the beach.

Maybe a little terrace outside for breakfast?
