Funcionários mal encarados acho que não gostam de estrangeiros

Fiz vários pedidos pelo aplicativo quando eu cheguei no hotel não atenderam nem o pedido de um travesseiro a mais! E precisei cancelar um dia de reserva e a atendente me disse que não ia cobrar nada e me cobraram 70% do dia da reserva um absurdo já que a recepcionista me disse que não iria cobrar nada!
