Hotel Ridley International

The hotel location is good. It's nearby Digha beach.

We didn't like the staff and their behaviour. The room we booked was not cleaned at all. Despite, we repeatedly told them multiple issue in the room's bathroom, they didn't fix the shower issue. They didn't value the customer.

I like the pool of the hotel; the staff are helpful., mostly One person call Pabitra Sutradhar coming to the door to check if anything is wrong or ok, kind a helpful person but he was continuously encouraging me to give good⭐⭐⭐⭐ reviews, 🙏

Daily Room cleaning system is not ok that mean once you go outside they'll knock the door only, and they never come to cleaning again. , Food was horrible. Ac remote not working properly, the kettle for hot water not working,although they giving tea and milk as amenities !!!. The small Chiller is also not working no maintenance at all, even they turn on the gizzer by your request or else you will find it off.

It is very good and praiseworthy. Behaviour of staff so good. Well hygiene...finnally all good 👍

There were flies in the dining area, and pest repellent lamps should be installed urgently. Overall, the hotel management has significant scope for improvement. During check-in, the bedsheets had stains, which the staff explained were oil marks caused by the washing machine. On the first day, complimentary sealed mineral water bottles were provided in the room, but from the next day onward, RO-filled water bottles were given instead. While this may not seem like a major issue, such small details sometimes make a big difference to the overall guest experience..
