Calme Boutique Hotel - Adults Only

Great breakfast, a la carte, all made on the premises, including bakery and sweets, like most restaurants around: lots of very nice restaurants with amazing, plentiful dishes, all homemade. They are so keen on homemade that it was almost a challenge to find ice cream, or the local Kaimaki version, since most tavernas wanted to make sure they had enough customers to make a batch. But the local desserts (Baklava, Kataifi) with it are mind-blowing! 25 min by car max from any of the sites (You *need* a car - but can easily walk to the village and many small restaurants. Walk home is 20 uphill minutes, but relatively easy). Also, as a very important piece of advice, do NOT follow the maps/Carplay. Enter Anna in the directions, the great village center restaurant. Across from Anna, you'll find the street that leads you up the hill to the hotel. Otherwise, you WILL go offroad - but still arrive safely. It happened to us at night, we were a bit worried. Everyone was amazing, sweet, nice, and trying to make you feel welcome and happy. Giorgos at the restaurant was taking it to the next level and made it look like it was a life or death situation, running around in the mornings to make sure everyone was happy. Chill, Giorgos, everyone is only waking up, and you need to take care of your heart :). Overall the standard of the front desk, housekeeping, and everyone generally is not boutique. It is typical of a normal 5 ***** hotel, without the size of the team. Private pools are amazing and surprisingly deep, which was a nice surprise. The view from the main swimming pool is amazing. Enough room and sunloungers for everyone, of course, due to the small size of the resort.

Difficult to fault - If I were to find two things: The gym. I know and respect that you tried very hard to put on gym equipment. Weights were an afterthought, though, with cheap, light weights. I realise that people do not stay for too long. Otherwise, it's air-conditioned, has no windows, and is not very enticing. But for cardio, it's good enough and air-conditioned, and a gym is usually a rare sight in most "boutique" hotels, so that is also a positive. The right side of the bed. You have nowhere to put glasses, books, water, phone or whatever digital version of the kind of reading you do, and, of course, no charging of said devices either. That is the thing that bothered me the most. That said, the rooms are so cute!

There was no shower in the swimming pool area, so we couldn't rinse off sand or body cream before getting into the water.

Wow wow wow! This was the most beautiful hotel, it truly felt special. It was an oasis of ‘calm’ and the room and pool was spotless. The staff were incredible too and made you feel so at home. I want to come back to Paros just for this hotel! It’s that good.

Excellence from the moment of arrival. Truly living up to its name. Peaceful and tranquil with the best views of the seas from the comfort of the balcony or your own private pool. Tasteful breakfast options with nothing short for anyone, even with dietary requirements. Good balance between service and providing guests the space to enjoy the relaxing environment of Dryos. We truly had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to travel to Paros.

Lovely quiet location on the side of a hill with beautiful sea views. Wonderful breakfast with all items prepared to order. Nice to have a private pool to cool off in at the end of the day.

Not sure if it is the same for all rooms but we found the bathroom layout to be very awkward - we had to squeeze past the toilet (maybe 15cm between side of toilet and shower entrance) to enter the shower- plus no shower door/curtain so floor got drenched.
