The property bears the look of a shady place. It's absolutely different from the pictures shown on the app/ website. The bedsheets are stained, walls have beetlenut spit stains, walls have paint that is chipping off and seepage. This property is unlivable. Since the pictures of the property are displayed on the website of booking.com, booking.com also has a responsibility to ensure that correct information is displayed on its portal especially when a customer like me is reporting the condition of the property. I was travelling with my aged mother, brother and husband. At 1.30 in the night, despite having a booking, I was left without a room on my head. I had to make a booking at another hotel at thrice the price. I have reached out twice to the customer support team without any success. I was assured of refund but even after two days, I just have empty promises from booking.com. if I don't get my refund, I shall be compelled to initiate action as per law.
