The staff was soo rude, they started abusing and saying that the price mentioned in the website is wrong and that i have to pay extra then only they will give me my room. I had already paid earlier so I couldn’t even leave since they would not refund that money. I would suggest to sleep on roads but not at this hotel ever!! Really disappointed with oyo and booking.com

Property was well built. However it was poorly maintained.

The hotel asked for an additional amount before check in. The predefined price was already paid via portal, however they charged additional amount when I reached the property. It was embarrassing for me. Customer care was of no help. They simply offered free cancellation. What rubbish.

Nothing except a roof above my head.

I am extremely dissatisfied. The unprofessionalism and incompleteness of service was intolerable. I want a refund for sure. Id want you to remove this Oyo from your site. Please. The sheets were like Im sleeping with the guests who lived here. Ew!

Location was good

The room hygiene is not maintained well. The staff are very rude. We changed rooms quite a couple of times because of unhygieneness. The washrooms are not cleaned after the previous guests check out.
