Friendly staff, food was excellent and my regards to the chef. Lake view.

Maybe some music during fire camp. Sometimes there is a problem with wifi connection.

Very basic rooms and basic set up overall

This is a beautiful picturesque property with great staff and great food. The stay was calm with luxurious rooms. Not disturbed by the staff and were personally called for lunch when we were about to miss it. They also facilitate safari bookings. Overall a great experience.

The rooms weren’t independent. Although it was not much of an issue, we could’ve had a little privacy from other guests.

Great ambience. Well balanced menu. Clean and well maintained property. Very close to safari ticker counter. Most important of all, fantastic staff at Fireflies.

Good staff and good location.

Sometimes tables and pool area wasn’t cleaned. Hot water is only for one person at a time , hardly lasts for 5 minutes.

Nice location. Peaceful surrounding. Good food and staff

Lighting at night can be better. WiFi could be improved. More activities can be added at the resort.
