Sehr aufmerksames, freundliches Personal. Richtig toll war die Kaffeemaschine zur Selbstbedienung im Empfang. Die Lage ist einmalig unschlagbar.

Leider sind die Zimmer durch die Straßenlage und Zentrumsnähe sehr laut, so dass man nur mit geschlossenem Fenster schlafen kann

Zentral gelegen, beste Lage, 3 min vom Porta Nigra. Alles fußläufig zu erreichen

Der Straßenlärm war schlimm. Fenster daher nicht zu öffnen weil man sonst nicht schlafen kann.

Kein WLAN, schlechter Service, teure Parkplatzgebühren, Frühstück zu früh und zu teuer, zu laut, obwohl alles schalldicht sein sollte, Aufzug defekt. Minibar angeboten, aber leer. Nicheinmal Wasser vorhanden. Keine Entschädigung für ausgefallenes WLAN, obwohl mehrfach bemängelt
