Clean, quiet. The young girl was friendly.

The old lady was unfriendly and unprofessional. She is not qualified to work in a 4star hotel.

Schön gestaltetes modernes Gebäude. Ebenso die Suite. Leise, geräumig, gute Betten und gute Ausstattung. Service beim Frühstück war gut.

Nice architecture, nice bed, good restaurant

Far to expensive ! No breakfast included and what we get as breakfast was far to expensive and the amenties to take the “breakfast” where awful!! No value for money

We booked this hotel very last minute because our previous hotel cancelled our trip. We loved the hotel! The neighborhood is amazing, very quiet, perfect for walking. Lot of wine houses as well. The room was huge and with all the facilities we could wish for. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and they were delicious. We will definitely go back.

Our stay was perfect. We just had the feeling the hotel was a bit understaffed as we waited a bit at reception and at breakfast but it did not ruin our stay.

Spacious room and nice shower and bath.

Throughout the night there was a loud buzzing noise in our room on the 3rd floor (junior suite 333). We didn’t know where it came from but it kept us awake the whole night. Every 5 minutes it started for about two minutes and so on. I told the manager and he said it was the first time he heard about it. While I was awake at night I read in the reviews at Booking.com similar complaints, so we weren’t the first ones. Very disappointing reaction. I wouldn’t go there again!
