Gutes und ausreichendes Frühstück, sehr gute Lage nahe der Altstadt und direkt an der Straßenbahnhaltestelle, reservierter Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage, abends können kleine Gerichte, belgisches Bier und andere Drings an der Bar und im Garten genossen werden. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereies Personal.

Eine Klimaanlage ist wünschenswert. Eine Glastür zu Bad und Toilette macht dem Innenarchitekten vermutlich mehr Spaß als dem Hotelgast.

Many thanks to the staff who helped us when we felt unwell at night and stayed close until they made sure we were okay.

The highlight of our stay was the exceptional hospitality of the staff at the reception and bar. We also loved the bar selection and the beautiful inner garden. The room was a very good size, located 15 minutes from the old city centre, in a lovely and safe area.

The room had no air conditioning and it was 31°C outside with 28°C inside the room. There was also no water kettle, no shampoo (only shower gel), the fridge almost didn't work. The walk-in shower required a squeegee after each use, and the head shower was licking. The glass shower and toilet room door did not close fully, which was not ideal for privacy....

The AC is missing so much cause it was 27 degree in the room day and night. The parking garage is a biiiiiit difficult, you need to get a new ticket every in and out and you need to finalize at the reception always, so it means everytime you use a car its a whole process to do so, clearly not 2026ish.
