I wanted to contact the property to make sure I had the proper accommodations for my pregnant wife as well as my kids and after calling them 8 times with no answer, not even a voicemail, we began to question if this motel was even open anymore. After getting there we found out they had two separate phone numbers but the one they have listed on booking.com as well as google is the one they completely ignore. I booked a king room and I was attempting to contact the property to see if there was a pull out couch for my kids and I found out after arriving that the king room did not have a couch at all. I switched to the double room and got charged an extra $10 just to walk into that room and find massive bugs (mosquitoes and moths you name it, they had it) the room was not cool whatsoever seeing as the AC was set to 80 DEGREES. When the temperature outside was in the 90s and we had been driving all day it was just so defeating to try to cool that room down enough to sleep. We found blood on one of the bedsheets, the shower barely drained and as I mentioned before plenty of bugs to keep us company. There was also mildew on the paintings and it was not pleasant at all. The bathroom had a single towel and so I went to the front to retrieve some more and the attendant just handed me two and was reluctant when I asked for more than that because I have two kids I need to bath as well as me and my wife would like to shower as well. Overall, please avoid this place and save your money. I would’ve cancelled beforehand but the room was “non-refundable” and I didn’t want to lose out on my money altogether.

Thete were bugs flying in the room and I got a bite. Several lamps did not work. The towel rack was partially hanging from the wall
