Proximity to the Iwata train station. Very comfortable and clean. Loved the view from the 10th floor. Lovely lobby and excellent AC (especially during a hot summer day!). All amenities provided. Comfortable bed with a great ergonomic pillow too! Enjoyed the included breakfast (happy it included vegetarian options as I had requested).

Nothing! Everything was very good! Just like explained on website and pictures. (But just know one needs to use Google Translate with reception if you don't know Japanese). I was able to manage with signs. Also use Google translate to know how to operate the AC remote. Worked great!

Location within walking distance of the train station. Check-in staff very helpful & polite

Western Breakfast was very limited, bread roll and sausage was all that we could see - Cereal would have been an easy option, but it was not available.
