Rooms are nice. They are also renovating. If you are lucky you get a really nice room. The hotel is very quiet located but close to the main market where you have to register to visit Vaishno Devi. They also provide hotel transport if you want. The owner is very helpful

When the owner is not at his property the staff is just doing as little as possible. They are laughing at the guests. To get your room cleaned can be stressful same like ordering food. First night I did find out that my bedsheets where not changed at all. Really dirty. When I complained next day it took me hours to get clean sheets. If you give laundry they try to overcharge. Don't pay it. But all this is when the owner is not there. The 2 managers at the desk are worthless. Only 3 or 4 staff members are professional, the rest is just playing with your nerves. Very pitty because it is a nice hotel.
