Hotel Neptun

Wonderful hotel with a lovely view of the river Danube.The room ,breakfast and the staff were great.Thank u!!

The beds were comfortable, and it was kind of a cool looking hotel.

I'm just not sure how some hotels in Bulgaria can get away with charging so much for so little. It is like they just took the price in Leva and made it Euro instead of converting it like they should. Maybe this hotel was nice once upon a time, but that time is not now. Also, maybe everything works in the summer, but not at the moment. They call themselves a "SPA" hotel. But there is no spa. At least not a working one. Our room was clean, but very dusty. So I'm guessing no one refreshed it. We inquired about a river view room instead, but they said that they were "full." We barely saw any other guests there, so I'm not sure about the legitimacy of that claim. I thought complimentary breakfast might be this places' saving grace, but we were greeted with a grunt and cold eggs and chopped up hot dogs. None of it was very appetizing. To top it all off, we parked in front of the hotel as instructed, and in the same direction as most of the other cars, and we were the only ones with a parking ticket the next morning for "parking against traffic." Neither car in front or in back of us had a ticket, and they were parked in the same direction. This place is definitely not worth what they charge.

Odmah preko puta Dunava, u samom centru grada. Smeštaj sa pogledom na reku, čisto i uredno. Soba je komforna i topla :) Recepcionarka ljubazna, spremna da odgovori na sva pitanja i pruži pomoć oko obilaska. Doručak sasvim zadovoljavajuć, bilo je od svega po malo...čak i voća. Kafa super! Ponovo se vraćamo :)
