The location is perfect, and their free breakfast is absolutely delicious — especially the Vigan longganisa, a must-try!

Great staff, location and rooms.

Balcony room doesn’t have a nice view.

It is very close to calle crisologo. Parking was laso not an issue.

Nothing. I just wished they'd consider putting a fridge since most people who go to Vigan would probably shop for delicacies.

It was truly great, I enjoyed every moment of my stay in this hotel, the staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. They even checked in a family member at short notice in a spare room which was a great help, I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Vigan, the breakfast is very tasty and I really liked the balcony connected to my room too, everything was so clean and everything like restaurants to tourist attractions were within walking distance. A pleasure to stay here.

Location (provided one can find the hotel, which is a real challenge), attentive and good staff, breakfast, parking.

Location is NOT where it appears on Google map. It took time to locate the place. The correct location is Zushi Me Vigan. When offered to discuss the matter with the management, there was no reply. Communication with the management in general was poor; they either don't reply or do so after days, ignore messages. This unacceptable attitude is in contrast with the staff members, who do their best and deserve every credit.
