The staff were courteous. The environment was very quiet and peaceful. Felt like you were away from the city.

I really did not enjoy my stay whatsoever.

Okay so the stay didn’t cost much at all, however… Firstly, our room had a strange lingering smell. Secondly the AC kept leaking brown liquid when turned on. Thirdly, the area it was situated in was very bad. Made me and my family extremely paranoid and nervous. It was like we were hidden inside and the gates of the estate compound closed at a certain time due to “armed robberies” apparently. Fourth thing, I noticed that when I ordered room service to my room, the server charged me more than when I ordered it the following day. I think I was scammed :( - obviously extremely unprofessional. Oh FINALLY, on our last few days the WiFi would not work and if you’re coming from abroad and you already find it difficult to get a new SIM card/network, as you can imagine this was a huge inconvenience. When asked, staff members would shrug like say it no be big deal like you no pay for everything together. They had no explanation. No apologies either. Overall, never staying there again but I got what I paid for sha 🤣

DISAPPOINTING.

The hotel made you to take not what you would like but what they have for everybody. No choice. That experience was new to us.

The staff were very helpful.
