Not happy with bengali Housekeeping staff.Hotel management should look into this to avoid inconvenience to guest.Day shift bengali porter was very arrogant and rude.I guess he is the hotel manager. The reception staff was not helpful when we requested for towels.Only hand towels were provide.When we asked reception we were diverted to Hotel Manager(day shift bengali porter) who straight away refused. Apart from this everything is good.

1. Very Poor Customer service: I reserve the apartment 4 days before my stay and check in time was 5:00 pm onwards. I was called by the apartment reception at 12:00 pm and I confirmed the arrival. We arrived at hotel around 7:30 pm. The reception lady told me to contact the room service boy. He informed me that room is not ready and another room is available but no A/c and also he informed me that some more people waiting for the room and it will be ready after 1 Hr. Then my family member talk to the reception lady in Arabic and she immediately helped us to get the room. (Appreciated) We don’t know what is the intention behind, may be I reserve the hotel in offer price. They didn’t provide the bathrooms towel, we requested at night itself, they promised that it will be provided at 9:00 am morning. But unfortunately they didn’t provide at morning time also. They said again wait until 11:00 am. We need to go to Makkah to perform Umrah so we just left the hotel at 10:00 am itself . Apartment is good, due to unprofessional service provided to us, I am giving this rating 2. Well appointed rooms. Great apartment maintain immaculate spaces with well kept furnishings and spotless cleanliness. Comfortable beds adorned with quality linens and pillows 3. Excellent Location Location offering convenient to go to all place. 4. Quality Amenities Service apartment with two bedrooms, two bathroom & hall and open kitchen with all facilities like cooking pots, stove, washing machine etc.. 5. Parking ( Good) Dedicated parking spaces are available at the hotel
