USUSUSComfy room, cool air, glad they had a pool.
Pool a bit dirty (that's ok, I like rivers anyways). One charging outlet didn't work, one reading lamp missing a bulb. Ice machine was just turned off, which is frustrating since it's standard, and they provide the baggies and tray for it in the room, and they didn't warn me if there was a problem with the machine. I had to go to a gas station to get ice.
USProperty is near Montauk State Park. Booking and check-in were seamless. This is a privately owned hotel. Owners/staff were friendly and professional.
The air outside was hot and humid. The air conditioning was turned up in the room which was welcoming upon entry; however, the bedding felt cool and damp.
