The staff were very friendly. There was coffee in the mornings. They helped us finding what to do in Yopal.

They said that parking is included but you have to park your car like 2 squares from the hotel. Cleaning staff are very noisy. They scream to each other from one floor to the other and their phones are ringing and they don't answer.
