Nice location. Responsive staff.

I didn’t enjoy having to check in at a different hotel than the one where my room was located. It felt inconvenient, especially since the spa was also at another hotel, which meant we barely used it. The spa hours were also disappointing — while it was open until 7 pm, the jacuzzi stopped working at 6:30 pm. This doesn’t make much sense given there’s only one jacuzzi, and guests would naturally want to enjoy it until closing time. In addition, there was a few shower gel provided in the bathroom, and the furniture in the room felt a bit dated. I wouldn’t normally complain, but considering we paid £900 for four nights, I was expecting a higher standard of quality from the hotel

Letto scomodo,personale poco disponibile e non ci hanno fatto fare la mezza pensione dopo che ci era stato detto fosse possibile

La posizione è ottima in centro a Moso e vicinissimo alla Val Fiscalina.

Letto non proprio comodo. Rapporto qualità/prezzo non consono, troppo caro per la tipologia di struttura e i servizi offerti. Al check in ci era stato detto che c’era la possibilità della mezza pensione ma poi arrivati all’hotel non è stato possibile farla perché a quanto pare eravamo gli unici a volerla, almeno uno sconto al ristorante sarebbe stato apprezzato a questo punto. La colazione essenziale, fin troppo.
