Comfortable bed. Convenient for Sofia airport. Clean and tidy. Nice balcony. Fairly good soundproofing

Would have liked coffee in the morning, but no facilities in the room and I couldn't find a coffee machine or the advertised coffee bar. Assuming it was in the reception area, which isn't readily accessible to guests

"You get what you pay for"

Close to the airport Parking is not an issue. You can even leave your car if you are returning.

No one was at the location on our arrival. Cats were locked in a front glass room. They had water but no liter in the cat box and it smelled bad. Not a good 1st impression. We called the number on the door and someone came immediately. Turned out he just stepped out to get dinner as no one had checked in yet and the cats are all strays that they feed and shelter and try to find homes for. The room would have been what you would expect for the price except our room said no smoking but it reeked of cigarettes and a full ashtray was left on our balcony. We had driven all day and had to leave for the airport at 3:00 in the morning. We will not stay here again.

Near to a friend. So convenient for us

No body on reception when we arrived,door locked.You have to ring the bell and wait . No glasses or cups in room. Dirty ashtray on balcony table. Balcony floor was not very clean. It's a very basic hotel maybe a little too basic .
