Todo muy bien, solo pienso algo muy sencillo como dar aunque sea un par de botellas de agua para tomar y utilizar sistemas de mamparas en las duchas que sean completas

Very clean and comfortable. Excellent value! We arrived late at night from our flight and it was easy to check in and could even get a hot drink and snacks. Late checkout for this hotel (12pm) also a bonus as we were very tired!

Off the main road and not easy to find

Vriendelijk personeel, fijn dat je in de ochtend gratis koffie kreeg. Prima locatie, op een goede wandelafstand van de meeste bezienswaardigheden.

De kamer was slechter onderhouden dan we op basis van de foto's hadden bedacht. Zo zat er in de douche een dikke rand zwarte schimmel. Daarnaast was het erg gehorig, waardoor we snachts vaak wakker werden van andere hotelgasten.

It’s a great location: right in the city centre, but very peaceful because the windows face the old warehouses at the back.

It’s a little difficult to find the place at first—the building is set back from the main row of buildings, and you have to walk between the others to get there. A sidewalk sign or some kind of directional sign might be helpful 😊. But that’s only a minor detail.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and would like to especially highlight the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, open, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. For example, when I really needed slippers, they kindly provided them right away, which I truly appreciated. I also enjoyed the complimentary coffee available in the morning hours — it was a very nice touch.

The only small point to mention is the location. It is a bit of a walk to Serdica metro station, especially late in the evening. Other than that, my experience was very positive, and I would be happy to stay here again.
