Th food is very fresh and tasty! Great choices for breakfast, the fruit juices are amazing!

The room shown while I booked and the room given are two completely different properties. It's a room next to a restaurant on the opposite road. The staff wasn't courteous and no you cannot always tell it's the season time and they are busy. Wifi doesn't work properly, barely any hot water. Washroom was poor, overall it was a bad experience. I'd pay 1000rs for a night at the best, for a room like this.

Location and the area of the cottage is good.

1) Cleanliness and hygiene which is a must and basic requirement in any of the stays is really missing here.. we had requested for an extra bedding and it was really not up to the mark. Was looking old and used. Areas under the bed were very dirty. 2) Food order specially breakfast takes a very long time to come. 3) Also the staff at the reception over charges at the time of checkout. One should really cross check the bill twice before paying.

Beach-facing spacious A/C rooms, no better view possible if you are looking for a beachfront property. Bhushan and Shanky are real rockstars at your service.

No complimentary meal options are provided. At least breakfast can be included at the price of 5.5k per day.

Restaurant Food taste was good. I’m writing this up bcs servants shouldn’t get affected bcs of dumb owner.

Guess what, we didn’t get a room. Not sure how one can be overbooked just being set up of just 5 rooms. We called before booking, we called before reaching the venue but after reaching we got to know we don’t have room. We were waiting with small kid for almost 2 hrs as they said they are talking to the customer who booked wrongly and refused to leave. They offered to me some property next to theirs (Seasta Agonda) Well, that’s not what we booked for but had to adjust bcs we had no option. Owner requested, apologised and said he will come and meet us personally, but guess what he didn’t show up either. Just like the room we didn’t get to see the owner too. They were offering me some rooms not on beach for free but again, we were in Goa just for a day to have some good time. Anyways thanks for screwing our day. Hope not to visit your property again. Again, honestly how one get overbooked with a property of just 5 rooms with Multiple calls before booking were made ??

This hotel was fantastic, the view was amazing and the staff were very attentive, they went out of their way to ensure that we had everything we could possibly want. I would highly recommend this hotel as it was one of the most relaxing places I have ever been.

The stairs to the upper rooms are metal and not solid and this was quite painful to walk on with bare feet and a shower for coming off the beach would be handy as sitting covered in sand is never fun

location was superb and property was good, Staff was very nice, good hospitality, Food was excellent. will definitely visit again and recomend others.
