Ambience

The building is a business complex and the hotel is located on the third floor. So this is a bit downside. The reception is very comforting and the staff was very polite and helping. The rooms are also neat and clean. The faucets in the toilets need to be attended to. The rooms did not have any windows. But overall it was nice. The room service was quick. The breakfast menu was limited, but it was good.

Well maintained property, great food, the dtaff is very cooperative. Everything is perfect.

My overall stay was very good. Check in and check out were very smooth. All services were very timely.

The cleanliness is horrible. Bathroom was dirty, linen was dirty, passage is congested and you will not have much privacy. The door lock was not working from the inside. The tap was broken. The toilet wasn't clean, it was stinking.

Increadible service. I would like to personally thank Mr. Digvijay (GM) and Mr. Indrajeet to make my stay very comfortable. Very gentle and polite and very good service. Very helpful as well. I have stayed in many hotels, but this was exceptional. Hotel is at Good Location and fantastic hospitality. I stayed 10days without any hicups. Thank you both. I highly recommend this hotel during your visit in Surat. Thank you.

The hotel is located away from the hustle and bustle of Surat city but not too far away from the city.

The bathroom looked a little tired and can do with some make over
