Great hotel, a perfectly clean, quiet, and comfortable room, fast Wi-Fi, and kind and helpful staff. Water and various sundry items are available for sale in the hotel. I recommend, and would stay again! (If arriving from Shymkent by marshrutka, it will pass in front of the hotel, so you can exit before the bus station.)

The room was very big and really clean and comfortable, the WiFi worked well and the staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good at a cost of 800 tenge, i think the hotel represents good value for money

The location is a bit far from the centre of the city, fine if you have your own transport or like walking, which I do!
