We paid extra at the hotel even after online payment. Staff was disgusting

Such a horrible hotel i never stayed in my entire life. First of all the rate mentioned is not wat they took at the reception. The check in and check out time mentioned in booking.com is entirely different. The hotel looked soo dirty from outside itself. The reception was pathetic. Room was not ready when we arrived. The room was not at all cleaned, even doubt if they have changed the bedsheet. Tv is not working, The shower was broked. Over all horrible

This is the worst oyo property I ever stayed, there is no cleaning nothing, I use my bedsheet for make the bed, only thing I noticed about this property was the staff was excellent they know how to handle guest
