Cleanliness and caring staff

I didn't like the fact that you must login with your own accounts to watch dstv, showmax and Netflix on TV. Meaning the TV is useless if you don't have your own accounts.

"Not worth the money and certainly not the standard I expected from a boutique hotel"

The bed and linen was comfortable and clean

Staff not welcoming nor friendly. There’s no lift, and no one to assist with luggage from the uphill parking and stairs. The breakfast or eating area is not appealing or comfortable.
