Becsekkolás menete! Borzasztóan komplikált, bonyolult! 2 szoba foglalásához több mint 10 üzenetet kaptam e-mailben, mobiltelefonra. 1-1 üzenet sok-sok oldal hosszú, melyben linkre kell kattintani, amit nem úgy hívnak, mint amit leír az e-mail (???) regisztráció után lassan jön egy e-mail, mely 2 kódot küld (egyik nagyon hosszú), a sötétben beütni, gyorsan, hiba nélkül kifejezetten nehéz. Kérdésemmel hívtam a Hotline telefonszámot, mely nem vette fel!!! (Mi van, ha vészhelyzet, pl.: tűz van???) 3 család kűzdött egymás mellett a bejutással, mindenki roppant türelmetlen és ideges volt.
