Die Beleuchtung in der Nacht auf den Wegen hätte besser sein können. Die Mitarbeiter tun ihr bestes, aber es fehlt an Flexibilität. Mehrfach hat man meine Bestellung einfach abgeändert ohne mich vorher zu fragen. Einmal hat mich eine Mitarbeiterin einfach stehen gelassen obwohl ich mit meiner Bestellung noch nicht fertig war. Der Pool war warm, Abkühlung war nicht mgl. Mitarbeiter sprechen nur Spanisch. Es kann viel im Bereich Kundenservice optimiert werden.

Estar en Campito Lodge es simplemente mágico. Despertar rodeado de naturaleza, disfrutar de sus hermosas instalaciones y deleitarse con su deliciosa gastronomía hacen que la experiencia sea realmente especial. Pero algo que merece una mención aparte es la atención de Yoli: cálida, dedicada y siempre con una sonrisa que hace sentir a cada huésped como en casa. Un lugar perfecto para desconectarse, respirar tranquilidad y vivir momentos inolvidables. ¡Los recomiendo al 100%!
