staff were unbelievable, always nice and smiling, wanting to help in any way with full attention. very generous with food and drinks. great value for the price

The hotel was perfect. Quality of the food was fantastic and the staff were very friendly. The swimming pool is lovely after a day on the slopes.

The location is great and the staff are super helpful

Expect a party hotel due to the location, walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. The shower didn't drain properly, once it had finally gone down the drain it came out underneath the floor outside the bathroom. The spa/pool area is small for the amount of people staying at the hotel, the sauna fits about 4 people and the steam room only 2 people. The salt room was freezing as the heater wasn't working.
