Good food-both breakfast and room service, location is very near to airport, supportive and accommodating staff

Although I booked 2 rooms, and had confirmation for the same as well but somehow at the time of checkin, hotel system was showing 1 room booking. But reception staff helped and accommodated in bigger room with extra beds. Also, for entire hotel, there is only 1 lift, which can be a bit frustrating at times as one might need to wait long at peak hours
